If you are dissatisfied with the services provided and wish to file a complaint, you can contact Loreta (Living Life NT Director) at 0457 280 059 or email director@livinglifent.com.au. Additionally, you may ask a family member, friend, or advocate to assist you in lodging a complaint.

If you are a NDIS participant and are not content, or prefer not to speak with our designated nominee mentioned above, you can submit an anonymous complaint by:

 

  • Written letters to Living Life NT - PO Box 41460 Casuarina, NT 0812

  • Completing the Feedback and Complaint form on this page.

  • Phoning the NDIS Commission: 1800 035 544 (free call from landlines) or TTY 133 677. Interpreters can be arranged.
